CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICIES
3RD PARTY CREDIT CARDS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Credit Card Authorization form MUST be completed in full by the credit card holder
- Copy of the credit card front and back
- Copy of the card holder’s driver’s license
CHECK PAYMENT POLICIES
There will be a $30.00 fee on ALL RETURNED CHECKS as well as a 10-day waiting period before we can accept further checks.
We will no longer accept checks unless they are in your business name, personal checks will not be accepted.
