Heat Application:

Pre-Heat for 2-3 Seconds
Apply for 15-20 Seconds
Set Temperature to: 320 Degrees F / 160 Degrees C
Apply Medium Pressure
Peel COLD

Washing:

Do NOT Dry Clean
Machine Wash COLD with Mild Detergent
NO Chlorine Bleach
Turn Garment Inside Out
