Heat Application:

Pre-Heat for 2-3 Seconds
Apply for 10-15 Seconds
Set Temperature to: 305 Degrees F / 152 Degrees C
Apply Medium Pressure
Peel COLD

Washing:

Do NOT Dry Clean
Machine Wash WARM with Mild Detergent
Dry at Normal Setting
NO Chlorine Bleach
Turn Garment Inside Out
