    EGL Vacuum Pumps All EGL vacuum pumps are 2-stage rotary vane direct-drive pumps which reach an ultimate vacuum of 1×10-4mbar and have ISO-KF-25 flanges on inlets and outlets. All have anti-suckback valves and are equipped with Pneurop flanges, hose nipple, centering ring, O-ring, and clamp.
