Do you need to return a product you don't need or ordered incorrectly? NEPCO gladly accepts product returns upto 30 days after purchase. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for returning to NEPCO. Once received, your returned items will be inspected, and you will be credited the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Did you receive the wrong product? NEPCO strives to accurately take and delivery with zero errors. However, if you do receive the wrong product, we will make sure that we correct the error ASAP! Please check your order when you receive it. Problems found more than 7 days after delivery may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Defective Item? NEPCO stands behind it's products and will help you with the occasional defective product. Call our returns department and they will help you through the process, including replacing the defective as soon as possible.
